Sthree Dharmam is a 40–45 day, short daily class that shares dharmic, scientific, and spiritual insights to help women understand their feminine self better and live a higher‑quality, value‑aligned life with the blessings of Thayar and Perumal.

– To give clear understanding of Sthree Dharmam in today’s context.

– To bring simple, practical guidelines (do’s and don’ts) with reasoning, not just rules.

Participants commonly experience:
– Emotional balance and more inner peace

– Better lateral thinking and decision‑making in day‑to‑day life

– Mode: **Zoom webinar** (listen and learn, no technical complexity needed)
– Each session: **~15 minutes**, including a short prayer and a concise, impactful lesson (micro‑learning style).
– Duration: **Monday to Friday** for about **40–45 days**.

You can choose **one** of the two daily slots:

– Morning: 7:00 am IST

– Afternoon: 12:30 pm IST

– Evening: 5:00 pm IST

– Evening: 8:00 pm IST

If you miss your usual slot on a particular day, you may request the admin to attend the other slot (subject to availability).

No. There are **strictly no recordings**. The course is designed as a live, sankalpa‑based experience; participants are encouraged to attend regularly.

Any one of the following setups is enough:
– Smartphone with **internet**, **Zoom app**, **email access**, and **WhatsApp**, or
– Laptop/desktop with **internet**, **Zoom**, and **email** (plus WhatsApp on phone if desired).

If you can open email, click a Zoom link, and use WhatsApp, you have everything you need.
