Srimaan Trust Srirangam Gurukulam Students Kainkaryam – 17th April 2022
Being a holiday, Srimaan Trust Gurukulam students took time to perform Gow Samrakshanam kainkaryam for cows @ Gosala managed and run by Trust. With summer starting to peak, it becomes important to keep focus on cows health and welfare. Gurukulam students took all the cows from Gosala and went to Kollidam river and gave them a refreshing bath.
This kainkaryam by students brings to us divine sight of Lord Krishna who a
is always seen in the company of cows as He takes them to Kund and gives bath to them. From cow’s health perspective this is significant as water cools the body of cow and maintains the body temperature of cow which has impact on milk production and also makes them happy and thereby positive energy always flourishes.
