General Question

Siruthuli Peruvellam is a campaign program as part of Srimaant Trust where the different needs for Village Children and the people such as free food, clothes, celebrating festivals with them and so on.
The donations are collected for this Campaign (eg. Diwali Clothes and Sweets distribution to Village Children and people) are fully spent for that specific Campaign purpose. This update of the Campaign is provided online through the Siruthuli Peruvellam Website regularly when the Campaign is launched.
Currently the website offers online payment (through secured ICICI easypay gateway). Various Modes such as Netbanking, Debit & Credit Card and UPI are enabled.
There is no minimum donation, but as little as INR 500/- brings a smile to 1 child/person during this Diwali
Yes, every donation payment automatically provides an e-Receipt which can be downloaded and used for Tax Claims; Tax Exemption (India) Tax Exemption u/s 80G(5) VI of the Income Tax Act, 1961. C.No.6162E(168)/2005- 06/CIT-I/TRY. Dt. 10-10-2007. Permanent Exemption from 01-04-2007, PAN no. AAFTS6887C
We are planning around 250 to 300 remote villages for this Campaign
The remote villages are located in the areas of Lalgudi, Anbil, Jeeyapuram, Anthanallur, Kallanai , Srirangam area in the outskirts of Trichy.
We estimate around 25,000 to 30,000 village children and elders will benefit from this Campaign
The campaign is planned till end of sep 2022 with the aim to distribute the clothes and sweets to the needs before this year Diwali
This is done through the Volunteers of Srimaant Trust. The Staff from Srimaan Trust leads this distribution with each Volunteer coordinator for each village (who are from that Village). This way we ensure all the needy are identified by the Village Volunteer and distributed to them.
